Note: in the very first comic, which is difficult to find, William, a serial killer who targets children, is depicted as fat. The crew of Bluey Capsules have since apologized for this and no longer depict William as fat.
Very tricky, so I'll note it here just in case: in early chapters, up until the Bite of 83, William is sometimes shown wearing dresses and it's clearly meant to be comedic in some way. William is no longer shown wearing dresses at all, and since, there have been a few canonical trans female characters.
We don't know the identities of the children who've died SO FAR, but Jeremy is heavily implied to be the bite of '87 victim (which hasn't happened as of writing this) and he's Gay
This is a fan-comic for Five Nights at Freddy's, so, yes, several children die. It's somewhat more upsetting than canon because we actually get to know the children first and in at least one case it looks like a child may escape before he gets killed, but he fails.
Like said before, there is no audio. Except for one animated video which contains audio gore. It's not really essential to the plot though, so it's skippable
Vague, occasional jokes, especially early on. Most of them are about William's butt being big. It gets less common as the comic goes on, and no one has sex on screen.
