It happens when Tashi is playing tennis at Uni and Art is watching her. I would say it's shortly after [SPOILER] she and Patrick have a fight. She goes for a ball near the net and her knee dislocates, graphic sound and very fast close up of the knee. She falls and screams in pain, but the whole thing ends quickly.
