It is stated in Mingus' character sheet that her father held her unrealistic standards, and it led to her trying to reach the standards set for her, via misguided and malicious ways.
It's stated the main character ignored child labor laws by having children clean their tent, there's also multiple occurrences of the child character Little Billy getting thrown, but he isn't affected (except for an ending where he gets thrown into space) and he is a minor antagonist
The in-game zoo is stated to be horrible with ethics, if asked the zookeeper of said zoo describes a story of him dropkicking a baby kangaroo and fighting the mother to sleep in her pouch (said pouch is also said to be a sleeping bag) however no abuse is shown it's only stated and implied.
The main character dies in multiple bad endings, as well as an ending where a cat headed character bleeds out. There's also mentions of dead frogs in gutters, a character shooting a gun to kill flies, multiple zoo animals dying, a character drop kicking a baby kangaroo, and the main character eating a cockroach
A cockroach with its body replaced by a refrigerator and fireflies (which aren't as details just lightbulbs with wings) appear in two separate routes, there's also descriptions of a character shooting flies, but nothing is shown there.
While explaining the story of his head injury, Randy tells the protagonist that he accidentally groped his [ex-]girlfriend while trying to get up off of the ground.
Gingi is a green skinned lizard-like person with a large scar down their chest and six nipples. They are a recoloured and phototshopped picture of an actual person with a phone for a head
You have the option to option to overdose on battery acid in Karen's route, but because of its hilarity and it being very easily avoidable, I'd say no.
The movie theater is haunted, and on Oliver's route, you roam around the theater and meet two ghosts who are twins. They are friendly and disappear shortly after the encounter.
There are two pictures of clowns shown in the game: one after the intro cutscene for a few seconds, and one later as a painting in the hallway of an apartment building. There is also one clown character, but they are never shown on screen.
Clowns are canonically extinct in this game's universe, and are mentioned throughout the game in fear.
In multiple bad endings that are required for a steam achievement, the character shits themself and dies. There's also mentions of characters soiling themselves, but it's jokingly.
Gingi, our character has a customizable sex, gender and pronouns and their canon identities are left up to interpretation, they also have the option to be flirtatious with many people, some of who mention not liking it or not liking Gingi. Gingi is also mentioned to be using people to get into the fair to lay eggs and has used children for physical labor
Not outed but Oliver mentions he made his own phone head (phone heads typically representing male sex and typewriters female sex) and is confirmed to be a trans man (not having an issue with this I just absolutely love Oliver and this fact made me want to play the game)
by choosing to lay down in the park, the main characters arm will be shown with many needles poking out of their arm. it is also mentioned multiple times in dialogue with npcs.
There's a couple of meta jokes involving the creator's other game aswell as the main character directly talking to the narrator and the main character in general breaking the fourth wall
In some of the endings where the protagonist dies, the screen becomes red as they bleed out. There is also a scene in Oliver's route where the movie theater walls start to bleed. Throughout the first and second chapters, Randy has blood on his hands, which are wrapped in bandages. The "Dietown" route/Chapter 666 has a lot of blood throughout.
There's a character with a gun for a head (it's never used), a character has threatens another with an unloaded gun during a mugging scene, a character attempting to rob a bank (with a banana) before getting shot, and in one ending a character gives another a gun before getting accidentally shot.
Another character regularly carries a loaded gun and threatens antagonists with it, regularly saying his plan to shoot the main villain, which happens in the bad ending.
