Plagued by frightening occurrences in their home, Kelly and Ben learn that a university's parapsychology experiment produced an entity that is now haunting them. The malevolent spirit feeds on fear and torments the couple no matter where they run. Desperate, Kelly and Ben turn to a paranormal researcher, but even with his aid, it may already be too late to save themselves from the terrifying presence.
This movie contains 7 potentially triggering events.
In a scene when the main couple are sleeping overnight at a hotel - the apparition attacks by pulling the sheet tight over the woman (with the effect of a vacuum-sealed bag) so she cannot breathe until the boyfriend manages to tear the sheet off her
A little bit, at around 33 minutes into the movie. A security camera aimed at a tent where the protagonist sleeps in shakes for a few seconds. The camera then falls and shakily moves toward the tent. It films her face while she is asleep. The camera is still shaking at this point. After this, the movie cuts to another scene and the camera is steady again.
Very mild, but there is some blood in one scene, but its really not excessive at all
*spoilers* After Ben is able to get down from the ceiling in the hotel room there is a spot of blood on the ceiling and his arms/shoulders have some (mild) open skin (could be scrapes or burns, its not very clearly shown), but the scrapes/injuries aren't really focused on and easy to miss
