There is at least one case where an authority figure beats up his direct underling for not doing his bidding. This is not strictly "domestic" but it's as close as the main characters can get in the setting.

One of the main themes of the story is being indoctrinated into a life that is against human nature, being lied to about what's right and wrong.
In addition, side characters are mind controlled and lied to about the main characters being enemies and physically have their vision obscured so they can't see they're people.

The premise of the story involves children who are conscripted into a war immediately upon their birth (they are not born naturally and their biological age is around 10 when they are born). Thy experience requisite hardships such as traumatizing battles, being forced to kill, risking being killed, being deliberately murdered, and facing scarcity of supplies including explicit mentions of food scarcity.
These soldiers die automatically when they hit 10 years of age if they aren't killed in battle before that point, so none of these characters is older than 10 chronologically.
The vast majority of the cast is made up of these soldiers.

In an optional side mission for Colony 15 someone has a giant crayfish that he caught slung over his shoulder, and it's dead.
Other than that, when animal enemies die, they simply disappear and so there are no dead animals to see. You pick up meat as a collectible item, but there's no pictures of what it looks like.

Several instances. It's never shown on screen it happening, but there are flashbacks of someone about to be killed through being stabbed through the eye.
At the fight in front of the Keves Castle in Chapter 4, during a cutscene a character reaches to his eye, and when we see him again it's closed with black liquid dripping down. It looks like eye shadow after someone's cried.

Not in the traditional sense. All of the main characters have only 10 years to live, however, and one character specifically has only 3 months left at the beginning of the story. It might feel very similar to watch these characters grapple with their short lives to experiences with terminal illness.

In chapter 4 there is a side quest with Colony 11 and the character you meet is called crazy, suicidal, and a maniac. She's violent and doesn't care who she kills as long as she has a good battle, and this might be alarming for some people or distress some people. Because again they continually call her insane.

YES! Talk of suicide and death by suicide are surprisingly common themes and topics.
-Two characters choose to die on each other's blades in Chapter 4.
-At the end of Chapter 5/Beginning of 6 there are 3 suicide attempts. One is execution, one is explosion, and one is a gunshot to the head. All of these are emotionally intense.
-a character dies by suicide at the end of chapter 6
-Several characters are described as suicidal and wanting to die, such as during the entirety of the Colony 11 sidequest.
-Taion in Chapter 3 or 4 in the jungle area brings up suicide in a very uncomfortable scene.
-There is a colony of people, Colony Tau, who are "just waiting to die."

Arguable. All characters have an "Iris" that allows them to see information about the world in essentially the same way that the game's onscreen graphics provide to the player; this is how characters discover the ability to switch to each others' classes, using the same icons in the game's menus. But these abilities are explained by in-universe means and treated as the way of the world, rather than by any "external" source.

Many characters express an opinion that if you're not useful in battle (or "weak") that you should just die. They're all expressed to be in the wrong, but this might bother some players nonetheless. In the first chapter in the first cutscene they shout about "crippling" one of the enemy machines. Characters are called crazy, insane, and maniacs. Also, and this one's kinda tame, but somebody's called "four-eyes" if that bothers you.

The outfits in this game are much more appropriate than past ones, which is good. There are boob windows, but I think they're all clothes people could wear in public and be fine. Breasts move when characters do, but not to an unrealistic degree.
-See the shower scene section however.
Characters change clothing just off screen and other characters get embarrassed about this.
There is also a fade to black after characters are asked if they wanna know where babies come from.

For the most part when characters stab each other, there's only motes of red light that float upwards. That being said:
In a flashback a character is crushed under a heavy falling object and liquid is seen seeping from under it.
In chapter 4 near the end, when you're about to get to the castle, a character mutilates his own eye and black blood-like liquid is dripped down his face.

There are big explosions characters nearly die in, including the "Annihilation Events" which completely destroy an entire circle of land and anything within it. In Chapter 4 the villains harness this power with a big laser and threaten to use it on a colony.

Most of the fighting is done with swords, but characters do have gun type weapons and talk about shooting each other through the head, etc in cutscenes. One character shoots herself through the head, which was especially alarming in the gun violence category.
