The Ozzy's Dungeon segment is about a 90s style TV show where kids are put through slapstick-style challenges, but some of them do get hurt and it is played off as entertainment.

No, but [SPOILERS]
Several faces are grossly mangled (melted off) in segment three, Ozzy's Dungeon.
In my opinion, head trauma and facial trauma are tied together. I wish someone would have warned me.

This movie is very gory and bloody, but it is also all very fake looking. There are quite a lot of instances of people being dismembered or torn apart, so if that bothers you then I wouldn't recommend this movie.

Hello fellow emetephobes! I decided to take one for the team for some timestamps. I understand that this is long, but I know some emetephobes appreciate a thorough explanation for scene awareness, like myself. All of my timestamps are from Shudder. I hope this helps you out, everyone. Much love. (:
The only scenes in the movie that contain vomit are in the third segment, Ozzy's Dungeon.
1. 52:09, The host says "We might need a band-aid" and then gags, but does not get sick.
There are a few parts that are completely safe but still potentially triggering in the next scene that I'll mention without timestamps.
There is coughing from Donna (who takes her shirt off and promptly blows snot from her nose across the room in case that gets you) and the host in-between these two scenes, but no v*.
2. 58:50-59:06 Donna begins rubbing raw meat all over the host's face and it makes him v*. Visual and audio.
3. 1:00:09-1:00:43 You can see residual v* on the host's chest. I also wanna note that there's visible poop stains on his underwear.
4. 1:01:12-1:01:24 The host gags very hard. This is the last scene that is technically v* related.
Something extra for what it's worth if you're extra sensitive:
5. Shortly after 1:08:13, a bloated stomach bursts with pus(?) and it sort of reminded me of v* coming from a mouth.
6. 1:08:34-1:08:39 There is blood dripping from Ozzy's mouth. It doesn't look like vomit to me personally, but it's worth a mention.
Edit: A guy in the fourth segment says "I'm gonna throw up" a few times but he's joking.
