bone cracking noises in episodes 3 & 4 that i can recall
ep: 3 starts at 8:30 and (to be safe my estimate is high) lasts until around 9:05 but it's very obvious on-screen when the bones are done cracking if you can stand that
ep4: from 10:50 to 11:00 is another bone cracking sound
those are the only 2 i jotted sound. i didn't note any other extreme gore-y noises but ep: 5 is towards the middle-end filled with a lot of violence. it sounds realistic and not overly gore-y.

There's lots of blood, gore and body horror. It's very similar to the original comic this series is based upon. People (skin, organs, bone and all) melt, explode and decorate the walls in multiple episodes.
