No one is sexually assaulted, but there is some confusion on how to "make love" in the film between Sandra Bullock and Sylvester Stallone. She is under the impression he understands their mind to mind link using a device to achieve orgasm without touching and he does not, and upon them "beginning" to make love he rips the device off and confronts her about the idea. Nothing is nonconsensual, but it's a weird scene fwiw for those sensitive to such.

Sort off. The hero at the beginning is cryogenically froze by being put into a small room that quickly fills with a thick liquid, but he doesn't choke on it because it's a special fluid meant to keep him alive when they freeze him.

Technically yes, but not to the spirit of the question. A prison with 80 cryogenically frozen prisoners inside it blows up in a fiery explosion which is later implied to have killed all of the prisoners. Though you see the flames, you do not see them die on screen and there is the off chance they some may have survived because they were encased in ice.
That said, they state at the end that the prison was destroyed in a way that sounds like it was meant to tie up loose ends which would include the deaths of the prisoners, because there had previously been a concern that the prisoners would escape and be violent.
(And yeah, it's weird that 80 people dying is seen as a plus and not a human tragedy since they're incarcerated at the time which is ironic, because the same character who kills them was cryogenically frozen to punish him for accidentally having killed a bunch of people in an explosion at the beginning of the movie, but those people were hostages and not prisoners, so people cared and punished him about that as opposed to applauding him the second time around.)

There is one vomit scene but it is not visual. There is one other triggering instance in the film early on, though. It happens when a man is submerged in liquid and coughs some of it up – I wasn't bothered by it. But there is a vomiting scene later. A character bends over behind a table and vomits upon witnessing a death on a security camera. The sound is very mild and there is no visual. You can see it coming because he preemptively gags/chokes between cuts.

Not claustrophobic in my opinion, but there’s a scene where the main character is in a cryogenic chamber with closeups on his body

There is a scene where John Spartan has a non-physical form of future-sex with Lenina Huxley in her apartment. No nudity is involved, but instead they put on a type of virtual reality helmet that sends pleasurable signals their brains, while, visually, there are some flashes of their faces and body parts, with flashing lights in between. Definitely fast repeated light flashing in this scene, so beware.

Minor ones fleetingly, and more to do with stunted thinking 1993 than real animosity.

The leader of the dystopian "utopian" world that the main character wakes up in is heavily implied to be gay and is ultimately killed. His "personal attendant": is clearly supposed to be gay and the leader himself is derogatorily referred to as a "fruit loop" by the main character while his mannerisms, while not screaming gay stereotypes, are well within the gay spectrum.

It's on the milder end as far as that goes, but the word "sissy" is used twice in the movie (once neutrally and once derogatorily) and the dystopian "utopian" leader is derogatorily referred to as a "fruit loop".

No, but the main character, who has awoken after being frozen for several decades and is wondering about his daughter's whereabouts, is actually wooing and almost has sex with a woman who is exactly old enough to be his daughter. It's impossible to not think that, during the near-sex scene, she is going to eventually pan out to be his daughter and they'll both be mortified, but it never happens and it was probably just accidentally bad story writing.
