the character of the Darkling, main antagonist of the two seasons, is a skilled manipulator, and even tries to convince the protagonist, Alina, that he is the good guy by telling her he's doing it for the good of the grishas and is trying to make her join him. Important to note that he ultimately fails, but lots of people join him in his fight.

There is gagging several times, episode 6 at around 37:30 was most triggering for me, but there is only audio of gagging during someone having something pushed into their mouth and throat (no one vomits when this happens)
Episode 7 at 48:30 has water (?) being pulled out of some soldiers mouths by a Tidemaker. Not really auditorily vomiting, but it might be triggering for some. It only lasts for a few seconds though
Episode 8 at 58:40 has blood spilling out of people's mouths. It lasts for a while, and while, from what I could tell on mute and behind my fingers, there's no heaving or really triggering vomit-like motions, it lasts until 59:45, so it is a bit much and the visual can be triggering
