There are a lot of scenes that depict animals (animal shifters) fighting eachother, but whether anyone actually dies is up to interpretation (many are shown on the ground, but it is not evident if they are dead).
Two scenes come to mind- there's a scene [s1 ep16] where dark magic is pulled from a group's eyes, and another scene later in the same episode where a sword is stabbed into a dragon's eye.
Not an expressed eating disorder, but when a certain character finally shifts her apatite grows intensely and she is shown eating a lot of food for an episode or two.
it's an animated series for teens so the sound effects are fairly exaggerated- however, I'd say that it's not that bad. (also, looking back there are some minor bone cracking sound affects too)
There are two cuts depicted on the palms of characters that are sustained from steel knives. There isn't much blood but it could be triggering to some (s1, ep7).
There is also a scene where a character is held with a knife to their throat and threatened. There's only a drop of blood but it did startle me so yeah (s1, end of ep14/ beginning of ep15)
There's no death, but an LGBT character is almost killed by having the magic sapped from them whilst attempting to revive their home realm (it's not graphic, but it's a little emotional and they do collapse afterward).
I'd say yes as the two main characters are split between their parents in an attempt to protect them and thus both of them grew up with an absent parent, however when they are reunited they become a full family again, so I wouldn't really call it 'abandoned'. :)
There is a scene where a potion is thrown at a dragon that knocks him out of the sky. He sustains some burns but appears fine again (albeit in human form) in the next scene.
[s1, ep16] a dragon is turned to crystal and then shattered.
On the contrary!! The character Jae (who uses they/them pronouns) is actually very well represented in my opinion (although I am FTM and use he/him, so I obviously don't have the ultimate say in the matter (: )
There are characters who are 'Dragon-Marked' who are constantly discriminated against and are kept in 'cloisters' away from other supernaturals. Considering that this could be interpreted (and imo is heavily implied) as a metaphor for being queer, I think its safe to say yes lol.
Oh yeah, and there is also a scene in the first ep where a female presenting character is made fun of for liking women.
Nope!! It is strongly hinted that Jae is aromantic (I remember them saying something along the lines of 'I don't really understand romantic attraction, but I'm happy for you anyway.') and this is treated positively.
There is a passing mention of a characters dead father (and it is suggested that another character's mother is dead), but it's not really relative to the plot and is never shown. [s1, ep16] - A father dies protecting a crowd of people from dark magic.
[Also s1, ep16] - Another father dies via a fire-breathing dragon.
Not electro-therapy, but characters do repeatedly get punished by a portion of thier powers being taken away via a wand with what looks like electricity (it only seems to cause them mild discomfort though).
Towards the beginning of s1, someone is badly hurt in an attempt to keep a protecting forcefield up.
[s1, ep16] - A character dies leaping into a sphere of dark magic to save a crowd of people.
