36:25 to 36:45 a ferret is shown dead. It’s mangled and it’s super sad. Don’t know why they have to do this in every scary/thriller show/movie but it’s truly unnecessary.

When the previous owner is recounting his story he describes his wife's psychological struggles, ultimately resulting in her suicide by hanging. You see this briefly in the flashback visuals; he returns to their apartment (having left the house) & discovers her hanging above their bed
There's mention of a dead baby with it's throat slit and it is shown for a few seconds.
The previous owner of the house goes mad and kills his family including his two young children.
A 16 year old girl is told by her father that showing her bra strap is “sending the wrong message” to their neighbors
The same character later enters a relationship with a 19 year old
No, but the audience is made to be suspicious of the husband. The loneliness and suspicion in this movie were stiffling at times and could be extremely triggering.
S1E1 A man with unspecified mental disabilities breaks into a neighbor’s home and scares a kid living there by hiding in the dumbwaiter and saying “boo!” when the child opens it. The man’s sister mentions that the previous owners of the home allowed him to come in and play with the dumbwaiter, so intent was likely not malicious.
There is a character portrayed to have learning disabilities who is physically removed from the house, spoken about poorly, and threatened with violence.
In episode two, about halfway through, when the previous homeowner is recalling his son telling him what he saw at the neighbors' house a baby's cries can be heard as they show the people in red capes.
There is a baby who has been ‘sacrificed’ in Ep 2 around 23 mins when you see the people in red skip ahead 30 secs if you don’t want to see. It far-ish away but you can see a bit of blood around the neck and what looks alike a baby.
In episode one, there is a scene between the high school daughter and the 19 year old security business owner that plays off that idea. He flirts and she calls him a creep and calls herself jailbait. In episode 2 their relationship continues and they talk about how the age gap and legalities is "exciting".
The vibes are there even if the actual large gap isn't.
In episode 3 there's presumed flirtation between a teacher and a student.
In one scene there is a loud train sound. Other than that she walks around the city a lot and horns and screeching can be heard but it is not the main focus.
