Mother Gooseberry's trial is set in an amusement park. There are many mannequins and dolls present throughout the map. One task requires the player to push a rollercoaster cart with children mannequins to a certain destination.
There are also a few animatronics present in the level. Some of the mannequins are mutilated and bloodied.
