Seth Gecko and his younger brother Richard are on the run after a bloody bank robbery in Texas. They escape across the border into Mexico and will be home-free the next morning, when they pay off the local kingpin. They just have to survive 'from dusk till dawn' at the rendezvous point, which turns out to be a Hell of a strip joint.

This is a dog/wolf-like vampire beast in the movie that dies, but it's pretty far into an already pretty upsetting movie. Also, I'm just gonna leave this comment on the top question here: if you're the sort of person who genuinely relies on this site to avoid anxiety triggers/phobias/etc., do not watch this movie. It's pretty upsetting.
Not the same, but Seth coerces the hostages into taking shots with him at the Titty Twister, with the implication that he's intentionally getting them drunk so they won't escape. Note that the hostages include two teenagers.
A female hostage gets raped and murdered offscreen. We just see the body afterward, with dialogue about it. However, the lead-in to the scene may be uncomfortable ("do you want to sit on the bed next to me?") It's established the character responsible has a history of being sexually predatory in general, as a news report refers to him as being a 'sex offender' and he behaves creepily towards another female hostage.
Lots, once the group gets to the Titty Twister. The vampires, once they start acting like vampires, have distorted faces and bodies, some of which look reptilian or batlike in nature.
One of the Gecko brothers, Richie, has a history of sexually predatory behavior, with him raping and killing a woman off-screen. Both of the Gecko brothers are murderous, with Richie being more so. He also transforms into a vampire later in the movie. It's revealed that he has a tenuous grasp on reality, as he sees Kate as asking him to perform oral sex on her despite her acting otherwise. It's implied to be a hallucination/delusion rather than a fantasy sequence.
The latter half of the film takes place in a strip club, so naturally, many of the strippers are undressed. It's initially framed as titillation, but later as horror once the vampire elements kick in.
Only mentioned. An announcer at the Titty Twister lists off various kinds of 'pussy,' including the line 'we even got horse pussy, dog pussy, chicken pussy!'
More of a bitter ending: the vampires are defeated, but several main characters die, leaving one of the kids alone with no family left. The survivors go their separate ways.
