I'd argue fake-outs for those are triggering enough

A secondary character is an alcoholic. This is played for comedy, but the main character imagines herself becoming an alcoholic and seems disturbed.

Although this never happened, there's a fake-out in episode 5 when the purple girl starts thanking the MC for saving her life, nearly after, an "assumption" from the MC happens. So, if that triggers you, skip a little and you'll be fine.

The main character has frequent episodes that aren't seizures, but resemble them.

Although there's nothing about this, the red human cut their finger by playing too much guitar.

There is a brief scene in which a similarly-aged bandmate of the protagonist suggests using her "good looks" to drive sales, including an imaginary scene of the protagonist in lingerie.

Well, in episode 5, there's a specific character who gets introduced there. She's an alcoholic who plays psychodelic rock. I don't need to say anything else, do I?

Not revealed, but it's implied that many characters do indeed self harm, for example, continuing to train after getting a finger cut for one character's example (that could or could not be self harm), the main character tried many hurtful ways to get sick to avoid going to work in Starry (there could have been better alternatives instead of going into an ice bath for 30 minutes, apparently).
Along with this, it's noteworthy that a common action of the main character regarding self harm is so present that it's very ignored...
She hits her head against solid surfaces to self harm (caused fainting once, the whole show has NO suicidal thoughts though)

It's nearly the whole backstory and gimmick of the show's MC.

Two or three episodes in and it becomes very clear that there's no homophobia and it's apparent as to where the show steers. It's safe though, but as to warn about other triggers, avoid watching a little bit of episode 5 when a screen transition happens and the purple girl (one trait about her might cause triggers, she's an alcoholic) starts to thank the MC for saving her life, and probably the end of 11 when the red creature approaches the MC if fake-outs for "scenes" are triggering for you.

Not during an act (which doesn't happen), but during episode 11, there's a little gag about objectification that was apparently made to poke at the fandom for doing that too much, using a drawn image of the MC (as her imagination self) with blatantly revealing clothing in social media (through a phone screen), referencing a clay art video with the same picture (iirc). That might not be too much, but since the fandom is THAT terrible in this question, it's better to avoid it.

That won't happen in the whole series, but as for the fandom, avoid going there if you want to avoid the yellow sisters ship.
