Not including any werewolves - YES a dog dies. The Belgian malinois 'Mira' that leads the hunting party on the scent of the werewolf ends up killed unsurprisingly. I had my finger poised on the mute button (so I could just shut my eyes & avoid it if it happened), however I was caught off guard as I still had my hopes up that she would flee & only the humans be hurt... Fortunately it is super brief, but still tragic. To avoid it skip ahead from 49:00 to 49:40.
As for the family pet dog (named 'Dog') - as far as I could tell; it survives. I was anxious the whole movie but the last we see of it is when the stepdad finds it hiding outside. He gives it a pat then it wanders off elsewhere. In the meantime the werewolf is inside the house terrorising the little sister, so the stepdad eventually rescues her & they flee the property, the werewolf hot on their heels. From this I like to presume Dog survived, even though we didn't see it again in the film.
There is also harm to werewolves. These ones don't revert to human forms like in the typical werewolf stories, so that can be quite confronting too although they are very different to standard dogs or wolves.
Not in the typical sense, though the werewolves consume humans & are themselves still part human so I guess it's technically cannibalism? That only really became apparent to me when the girl is transitioning & wakes up in a barn after her first night of transformation, then proceeds to vomit up grisly human parts including a finger.
When the police woman (Thale's mum) is climbing the old ladder out of the mine she comes face to face with the werewolf at the top, so ends up falling back down . When she lands there is an audible bone crunch sound & she grimaces in pain, though it's not clear what exactly broke & nothing visual is shown. It's only later in the hospital when we find out her wrist was broken.
A werewolf attacks multiple people and one dog, so there is a lot of blood and dead bodies. The extensive wounds on the body of a teenage girl are shown up close during an autopsy.
