Mike Myers kills a woman while she's nude and was having sex just minutes before being killed. Not only are there a lot of gratuitous shots of her naked body before she's killed and running for her life, but her death is pretty drawn out compared to the deaths of the male characters in that scene, who also had the dignity of dying with their clothes on, unlike her.
I do remember seeing someone get raped by one of the guards in a cell. It's probably in the directors cut though since I didn't see it in the normal one.
At the start of the film when Laurie is in the hospital there are some close up shots of her fingers after the events of the first film which I would classify as post mutilation
I dunno who's saying no for this but the whole film almost feels like a longform anxiety attack, with Laurie having multiple panic attacks throughout the film
